Replace old or worn toothbrushes
Once your toothbrush is worn down, it’s no longer effective. That is why it is so important for you to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months. Also, toothbrushes tend to harbor germs and bacteria as time passes by, so the longer you use a toothbrush, the more damaging it can be for your smile.

Check the expiration date on your mouthwash
Mouthwash is a great tool that will finish your smile-cleaning job each day. However, it’s not helpful if it’s expired. So, while you’re cleaning, make sure the mouthwash is not expired. If it is, please put “mouthwash” on your grocery list.

Replenish your floss supply
Flossing is a very important task that should be done at least once a day, which means there is a chance that you could run out of floss quickly. So, stock up on floss so you don’t have to worry about missing a day of flossing.

Schedule your next dental cleaning appointment
Dental cleanings are needed every six months, so if it’s about time for your next cleaning, add “schedule a dental appointment” to your spring-cleaning checklist!
